Our doughnuts are made with love from start to finish, using the best local & Australian produce.
They are yeast raised, table cut by hand and fried in store, every morning. We’re all about the collaborative process and look to work with people that we can build long lasting relationships with.
Our milk is single source and produced by Emma & Jim with their family at the Little Big Dairy. They’ve hand-raised 300 cows on the family farm and know each cow’s name by heart. Then there is Pepe Saya, he produces the best, cultured, hand-churned butter in Australia. And Nick, who brings us his bio-dynamic, free range eggs, fresh from his Majura Valley property.
These are just a few of the people you support every time you bite into one of our doughnuts. We love their stories and they inspire us to stay true to ourselves. Working this way, we can tell you, hand on heart, that we know our produce and the faces behind them.
